As of 2023, the S.H.E. Dept. employed 11 faculty members, including 6 professors, 4 associate professors, and 1 assistant professor. The faculty members work together with both graduate and undergraduate students in several research areas. These specialties are emphasized throughout the program and include such interests as water and wastewater treatment, air pollution control, waste management, industrial safety and hygiene, environmental sampling and analysis, eco technology, and environmental assessments.
